• We accept booking only from saturday till saturday, eccept in the low season.
•  In the price are included  water's consumptions, electric energy, heating and laundry  for the room and for the bath.
• The final cleanings have an additional cost of 10,00€ per person (children under 9 y.o. excluded).

RULES:

•  To confirm the booking the guest  have to pay a  deposit equal to 30% of the total price; the payment can be effected through I banking or postal merit.
•  The rest of the total amount the guest  will pay  to the arrival at Casa Sesta through  cash, banking check or credit card (American Express, Visa, Carta Si).
• The arrivals must be inclusive among the  1:00 p.m. to the 7:00 p.m .
• The departures must happen within the  10:00 a.m. .
• The cancels within 30 days from the arrival don’t foresee  the return of the deposit. 
• Admitted only animals of small ransom.
